Bessie makes bruschetta

My best friend, Amber, made my 'Best Bruschetta' last night, and by the looks of it, her and her boyfriend, Stephen, truly enjoyed the delicious starter.

So glad they liked it! Amber was a bit inventive and added a bit of red onion to the mix, which looks yummy!!
