Sugar needs to STOP!

Looking over my previous posts it has become apparent that I have been eating too many sugary delights for my own good. I blame my flat mate, Amanda. She is a self-confessed chocoholic and has dragged me into the depths of addiction with her. We have decided this lifestyle has to stop so starting tomorrow we are sticking to a healthy eating plan and a realistic gym plan.


We already eat healthy but desserts and chocolate are our downfall. We exercise daily (well, almost daily) and I'm a keen runner so our goals are achievable.


I do not believe in diets, they do not work. One sticks to a regimented dietary regime until they reach their target weight; they then start to eat normal food again and slowly but surely, the pounds creep back on. Therefore, no dietary plan will be followed, we will simply be sticking to a very healthy diet with exercise. 


I will keep my blog updated with our progress and will post any healthy recipes we stumble upon. Wish us luck, Amanda will need it.
